23 and they [a]sent this letter by them,

“(A)The apostles and the brothers who are elders, to (B)the brothers in (C)Antioch and (D)Syria and (E)Cilicia who are from the Gentiles, (F)greetings.

24 Since we have heard that (G)some of us, to whom we gave no instruction, have gone out and (H)disturbed you with their words, unsettling your souls,
